30 YEARS OF FREE ART TRADING

This autumn will mark 30 years since truly free art trading in our country has been legally renewed. The market with antiquities could be cultivated again after an almost 40-year-long break. Two years later, Antique Dealers Association was founded; this autumn´s Antique Fair (held from November 14^th till November 17^th at Prague´s New Town City Hall) will commemorate these important milestones.

The Czech Antique Dealers Association organizes the fair “ANTIQUE” in Prague twice a year – in April and November. Since 2010, the fair is held in New Town Hall. There is a wide range of interesting art objects, jewellery, furniture, silver, ceramics, glass, textiles, pictures and fine art exhibited at this year’s fair, presented by more than seventy exhibitors from across the Czech Republic.
